With over 31 years of acute care nursing experience, Dr. Walker is also an experienced health care attorney. With expertise in acute care clinical practice, navigation and patient care management, Dr. Walker is a knowledgeable advocate who can assist you with a variety of advocacy needs. Dr. Walker has a background as a past President of the Delaware Board of Nursing and retired public official, to now guide family members and clients through difficult health situations as their personal advocate. From communication with medical providers, to her experience in the courtroom, she has a passion for people and the challenges they face in healthcare.

As a respected leader in the community, a board certified Cardiac Surgeon, and a trained legal advocate, Dr. McNicolas brings over 40 years of experience in delivering patient-focused, compassionate care – to you. A trained legal advocate with a Masters of Laws in Heath Law, Dr. McNicholas has served as the Director of Performance Improvement in a large regional health system, and is a past President of the Delaware Academy of Medicine. Turning her focus to individual patient situations, with a mission to provide excellent and accountable patient care advocacy services. Dr. McNicholas has taken her decades of clinical and leadership experience and now focuses on clients with difficult but treatable health issues.
